1. Introduction

Catchwerks is an SMS order intake service for business customers of wholesale distributors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Catchwerks SMS service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Catchwerks is operated by Quantum Web Solutions LLC (“Catchwerks,” “we,” “us”).

This policy applies to phone numbers enrolled in the Catchwerks SMS service by an authorized representative of a wholesale distributor and to messages exchanged between those enrolled numbers and the Catchwerks toll-free number.

2. Information We Collect

• Phone number. The mobile phone number provided during enrollment by an authorized representative of the distributor.
• SMS message content. The text of messages sent to and from the Catchwerks service, including order requests and confirmations.
• Business context. Which distributor enrolled the number, which product catalog applies to that relationship, and order history relevant to processing future orders.
• Technical data. Timestamps, message delivery receipts, and basic operational metadata required to deliver and audit the service.

3. How We Use Information

• To process and confirm orders placed via SMS.
• To deliver order status and confirmation messages.
• To improve the accuracy of our order parsing.
• To respond to support inquiries.
• For audit, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes.

4. How We Share Information

• The enrolling distributor (your supplier) receives the orders you place through the service.
• Our SMS service provider (Plivo) processes message delivery on our behalf.
• AI service providers (Anthropic) assist with natural-language parsing of order messages. Message content is processed but not retained by the AI provider beyond the immediate processing window.
• Legal authorities when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing by us or by others.

5. Opt-In and Opt-Out

• Two-stage consent. Enrollment requires an authorized representative of the distributor to attest to consent, followed by an SMS confirmation reply from the recipient (“YES”).
• STOP at any time. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from the service.
• Immediate and durable. Opt-out is immediate and permanent for that distributor relationship.
• Re-enrollment. If you wish to resume service, re-enrollment requires a fresh two-stage consent cycle.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your ordering activity. Reply HELP for assistance.

6. Data Retention

• Active enrollment records: retained while enrolled.
• Message history: retained for 90 days for support and audit.
• Order records: retained according to the distributor’s data retention policy.
• Opt-out records: retained permanently to honor the opt-out.

7. Data Security

• Industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
• Access controls and audit logging on internal systems.
• Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and providers.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data we hold about you.
• Delete the data we hold about you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements (for example, retained opt-out records).
